This package is what is commonly referred to as “day-of coordination” by others, but that’s a unicorn service that doesn’t exist.  My Wedding Management aka Day of Wedding Coordinator package starts 2 months before your wedding day.  It includes a personalized planning portal to keep you organized and unlimited access to me through email for questions and advice as you plan.   

Below are just some of the items covered in this package.

• Personalized planning portal containing checklists, tips, financial guidance, vendor referrals, guest list, RSVP management, plus so much more!
• Monthly 30-minute check-in calls for you to ask me about anything you may need help with.
• Initial meeting 6-8 weeks from your wedding day to go over everything.
• Review contracts and make confirmations.
• Final walk-through of reception venue.
• Create a timeline to be distributed to the wedding day team and wedding party.
• Direct ceremony rehearsal.
• Team of 2 coordinators will work up to 10 hours on your wedding day.
• Ceremony and reception setup of personal items, decor, and other items based on the overall scope of the day.
• Oversee entire day and work in conjunction with wedding day team to make sure the timeline is executed.
